Golf Business Canada Conference & Trade Show Marks Record-Breaking 25th Anniversary in Niagara Falls

November 21, 2025 – Ottawa, Ontario – The National Golf Course Owners Association Canada (NGCOA Canada) is proud to announce the successful conclusion of the 25th anniversary Golf Business Canada Conference & Trade Show, held November 18–20 in Niagara Falls, Ontario. This milestone event set new records, welcoming the highest attendance in conference history, the largest trade show floor to date, and the greatest number of first-time delegates ever to participate.

Delegates from coast to coast gathered for three days of learning, networking, and industry-wide collaboration. Attendees praised the conference for its high-impact education, dynamic keynotes, and strong focus on operational ROI - reflecting NGCOA Canada’s commitment to supporting the success of golf course operators nationwide.

Programming featured an outstanding lineup of keynote speakers who shared strategies for leadership, business optimization, and industry adaptation. Breakout sessions covered essential operational topics tailored specifically to the Canadian golf marketplace, equipping owners and operators with tools they can apply immediately at their facilities.

The Trade Show reached an unprecedented scale this year, with the largest number of exhibitors ever assembled at the event. More than 100 suppliers showcased innovative products, technology, and services that help golf course operators streamline operations, elevate customer experience, and strengthen their bottom line.

Networking remained a core highlight, with multiple touchpoints designed to help delegates connect, exchange ideas, and build long-term business relationships. From the opening reception at the Niagara Parks Power Station to the packed Trade Show floor, this year’s event delivered unmatched opportunities for collaboration.

A significant moment of the 25th anniversary event was the celebration of Jeff Calderwood’s retirement after more than three decades as CEO of NGCOA Canada. During a special tribute, Jeff was honoured for his leadership, advocacy, and lasting contributions to the Canadian golf industry.

We are thrilled with the record-setting participation and the energy throughout this year’s event,” said Nathalie Lavallée, COO of NGCOA Canada. “This milestone conference demonstrated the strength, innovation, and forward momentum of Canada’s golf industry. The engagement from both delegates and exhibitors was outstanding.”

The 2025 Golf Business Canada Conference & Trade Show reinforced NGCOA Canada’s commitment to providing relevant education, meaningful connections, and practical solutions that help owners and operators grow their businesses. This year’s success sets a strong benchmark for the next 25 years of industry support and leadership.
